How are the pieces shipped?

Most of the time, pieces are shrink wrapped and then blanket wrapped and delivered from our warehouse to yours via independent shippers who are traveling long distances with several deliveries, so flexibility on your part for acceptance is required. If there are stairs involved, please let us know.

Do you accept returns?
